About the Artist

Having some reference for the arts in the family is a security that is a privilege for few. This is what happens with Valzacchi, who have been introducing their artists to the Brazilian art scene for decades. With roots planted in Italy, they follow an academic tradition and also some impressionist tendencies. So to speak, Jesser Valzacchi is the son, nephew, grandson and great-grandson of artists. Inheritance that continues to honor the family name. Born in 1983, his career was boosted by the close observation he constantly made of family members when they were active. The environment is undoubtedly a natural trainer and Jesser knew how to take advantage of it. In 1997 he had his first direct contact with paints and in 1998 he intensified his studies on painting and saw art as his profession. He felt inspired by the works of his grandfather Edwil Valzacchi and later was greatly influenced by the artist Clodoaldo Martins, in addition to the indirect and direct influences of many other great names who became artistic references such as Boner and Morgilli._cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_Like other artists, he had technical and thematic evolutions throughout his career. In the current scenario, it seeks a balance between the classic base  in an idiosyncratic setting with the possibility for the spectator to reflect on an aesthetic, philosophical or social issue.
